Free Standard Shipping with every order!

PureLamps, LLC offers free shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States or freight carrier if the product is over-sized. Orders will leave the warehouse within 10 days of order being placed.

If you choose to return an item you purchased from PureLamps, any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable. PureLamps will arrange shipping of defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise at our cost. For any other return, shipping charges are at the customer’s expense. If a shipment is refused, or the delivery method or address is changed through the shipper, additional charges may apply.

*A restocking fee may apply to any unauthorized returns and any returns other than damaged/defective goods.
*Custom made items are not returnable. There is a 50% cancellation fee for made to order items.

Damaged Goods/Parts
If you receive a damaged product/part during shipping or if your product contains a manufacturer’s defect, contact us immediately. Please make sure to note any damage on the freight bill next to your signature. Email us at [email protected]. Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized through our customer service department prior to return. All returns require return merchandise authorization (RMA) from our company. No returns will be accepted without this number.

All damages/shortages must be reported within 14 days after receipt of the merchandise. In the case of damage upon delivery or wrong item shipped, please email us a picture with visible crack to obtain return/exchange instructions and/or pre-paid return shipping label. In cases other than damaged or wrong item shipped, please return the item in its original box and condition with an insured and trackable method, we will make the refund less shipping cost.

The best way to cancel an order is to reply to the instant order confirmation you received when you placed your order online or send an email to [email protected] with your order number. Just tell us why you need to cancel and we will put it through the system as soon as possible. You will receive a 100% refund for all orders if we are able to cancel them before they ship (unless the item is custom made).

How do I return a product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our customer service department can arrange a return authorization within 14 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned in new, resale-able condition in the original boxes with all the paperwork for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs both ways. The actual cost of shipping may differ from quoted promotional pricing. If you were awarded a free shipping promotion, the full shipping amount will be deducted when getting a refund or exchange. Please email us for more information.
